For those who just need some basic gear to furnish their own tent etc, the cot package is ideal and eliminates the need to bring more gear.
Pick up the your cot package once you have checked in.

Cot Package Includes:

  • 1 Standard Camping Cot
  • 1 Sleeping Bag
  • 1 Pillow with Pillowcase
  • 1 Blanket

Please return the Cot Package to Concierge in the yurt village at the end of the event.

The total cost is for the entire session, there is no discount for arriving late or leaving early. The tent will be completely set up for your arrival, and will be broken down for you when you leave.

Instructors
Please add “instructor” of Sun, Moon, or Both to the note section at checkout so we can arrange for early arrival and other accommodations.

Transfers
There cannot be any booking changes or transfers on accommodations. We are only able to cancel and provide a refund.

Refunds
If you need to cancel your accommodation, you must contact CampingYurts directly by email (see your original booking confirmation email). You will receive a refund less the $35 transaction fee. The tent or yurt will then be put back into inventory on the website.

You cannot transfer accommodations to next year’s Spirit Weavers.
